Anne “Andi” McLaren; LPC, CSAC, LPN
My professional path started in the nursing field in my early 20’s. I then became a stay-at-home mom and raised 4 children. When my youngest was in high school, I decided to go back to school and get my MA in Counseling. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, a Clinical Substance Abuse Counselor and a Licensed Practical Nurse. I am also trained in Reiki.
I have experience working with Anxiety, Depression, Co-Occurring Disorders, Adjustment Disorders, Transitions, Anger Management, Couples, Relationship Issues, Addictions and Trauma. My counseling style is eclectic, primarily drawing from Cognitive Behavioral, Client Centered, Short Term Focused, and Mindfulness therapies. I work teens, adults and couples.
I will walk beside you, help you realize your own inner strengths, and help you work through issues that may be standing in the way of your personal growth. I believe we are forever evolving, changing, growing, and healing with the intention of being the healthiest person possible in this journey of life.
I look forward to working with you and thank you for allowing me into your life.
